Print, PDF and share a debit note

A saved debit note can be printed on paper, saved as a PDF, or sent straight to the customer on WhatsApp or e-mail. Pick a design and paper size first.

Step by step

  1. Choose a design. Under Notes and look pick Classic, Modern, Compact, Bold, Elegant, Bill book and Minimal. The preview changes at once; the colour can be changed too.
  2. Choose the paper. Paper size: A4 (normal page), A5 (half page), Thermal roll 80 mm or Thermal roll 58 mm. A5 prints two to a sheet size; thermal suits a counter printer.
  3. Choose copies. Print copies: Original for recipient and Duplicate for supplier.
  4. Save first. Press Save, so the printed copy matches the saved one.
  5. Print / PDF. Press Print / PDF. In the print window choose your printer, or "Save as PDF" to keep a file.
  6. Share. Press Share. On a phone the share sheet opens with the PDF (WhatsApp, Gmail…); on a computer the PDF is downloaded so you can attach it.

Worked example

A shop prints its debit notes on A5 in the Compact design to save paper, and shares a PDF on WhatsApp with customers who ask for one. The printed debit note is always in English; the screen can be in your language.
