Saved debit notes: find, open, copy and edit

Everything you save stays in this browser's data home. The Saved debit notes button lists them, newest first.

Step by step

1. Press Saved debit notes. At the top of the maker.
2. Search. Type part of the number or the name.
3. Open one. It opens in the maker as Editing saved debit note. Change it and press Save, or print it again.
4. Copy one. Use the copy action to start a new debit note with the same lines and a new number.
5. Status. Set Status: Issued, Adjusted in account, or Amount received.
6. Start a fresh one. Press New debit note.

Worked example

A debit note sent last month needs a correction. Saved debit notes › search its number › open › fix the line › Save › Share. The edit is written in its edit history (My data › Changes).

Common mistakes and how to fix them

• A saved debit note is missing. It was saved in another browser or device, or deleted. Check My data › Recycle bin, or restore your backup.
• Editing a document of a closed year. The maker refuses; open the year again in the App (Year end) if you must.
